You were created to create — and to live your exquisite, embodied truth here on Earth. I primarily guide women ready to express their creative power, though all seekers are welcome here.

My journey has taken me from the structured world of corporate accounting in London to the raw, untamed landscapes of Southeast Alaska and now to California, where my soul’s work came into full bloom.

After leaving my marriage and starting over in a place where I knew no one, I was led to a healer and shaman who introduced me to non-linear movement — a powerful practice of intuitive, free motion that helps the body release stuck energy and transform outdated narratives. I’m a certified practitioner in this work.

I began pairing movement with writing — not as a way to rehash the past, but as a creative tool for rewriting the story. That integration was alchemy for me — and it became the foundation of the Rewrite & Rise™ process I now share with others.

Along this path, I’ve also become a certified Holographic Sound Healing Practitioner, trained in vibrational healing through sacred sound. My spiritual practice is deeply grounded in the Red Road and Andean cosmology, and I walk alongside Indigenous elders in continued learning and ceremony.

I believe the most sacred spiritual work happens right here in the physical — in the body, on the Earth, through presence, creation, and connection. When we express ourselves fully, we release blocks, align with our truth, and become medicine for the world.
